FAQ


A login ID and password are necessary to login and place orders. Members can either use funds in your account or use a credit/debit card. When completing an order and checking out, select either the “Account” option or “Credit Card” option. The card will be charged once the order is fulfilled. The CorporateConnections store accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Normal delivery: most orders will be shipped within 12 business days. Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed.

  • Rush orders: depending on your location, same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged. Please contact 877.585.6452 or customerservice@acreativeresource.com. Applicable expedited freight charges will be added to your order.

  • Shipping charges: all orders are shipped from Minnesota via FedEx Ground Service.

  • All orders will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.You can use your funds in your employee account to pay for shipping.


Due to customization, items cannot be returned. However, for defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact 877.585.6452 or email customerservice@acreativeresource.com.
